Shipping
All orders are made to order with love in Franklin, Ohio. Most orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during high-volume periods such as holidays, back-to-school season, and large fundraising events.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Local Pickup
Prefer to skip the shipping? Local pickup is available in Franklin, Ohio at no charge. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Size selection
- Color preference
- Personalization choices
- Change of mind
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product listing before ordering. When in doubt, size up!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a defect or we made an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right - no questions asked.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
