Just because you don't see it on the website doesn't mean we can't make it. We create custom apparel and gifts every day and love bringing new ideas to life. Whether you need shirts for a team, family vacation, fundraiser, business, school event, or something completely unique, we'd be happy to help.


How long will my order take?

Most orders are made to order and typically ship or are ready for pickup within 7–14 business days. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during holidays, back-to-school season, large fundraising events, or other high-volume periods. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Franklin, Ohio. You'll receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.


Where can I find peacemeow products in person?

You can find a selection of peacemeow products at Grace Cafe in Franklin, Ohio. Stop in and check out what's available, and keep an eye on our social media for updates on new designs and restocks.

We also participate in local vendor events throughout the year. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay in the loop on where we'll be next!


Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! Custom orders are one of our favorite things to create. Whether you have a fully developed idea or just a rough concept, we'd love to help bring it to life.


Can I personalize an item?

Many of our products can be personalized with names, numbers, dates, or other custom details for an additional cost. If you're unsure, just ask!


What brands of apparel do you use?

We use a variety of quality apparel brands including Bella + Canvas, Gildan, and other trusted brands. Specific brands and styles may vary by product, but we always choose items that provide great comfort, quality, and value.


How do your shirts fit?

Most shirts are unisex and fit true to size. We recommend checking the size chart included with each product before ordering. If you're between sizes and prefer a looser fit, sizing up is often a good choice.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Because most items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size selection, color preference, personalization, or change of mind. However, if there is an issue due to a mistake on our end or a product defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.


Do you offer fundraising opportunities?

Yes! We love partnering with schools, teams, clubs, nonprofits, and community organizations. Contact us to learn more about custom fundraising options.


Do you offer bulk or team orders?

Yes! We regularly create apparel for schools, sports teams, businesses, camps, clubs, and special events. Contact us for bulk pricing and custom order information.
